Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We may fully or partially refund items if they are defective or damaged in transit, depending on the severity of the damage.
If the damage is only on the packaging of the product, which does not effect the usefulness or the functionality of the product, such as minor dents on the tinned products, only a 25% refund is applicable.
Products with a "Short Best Before Date" are sold on a non-refundable basis. Before the checkout, customers are informed that these products may arrive after their "Best Before Dates" passed due to transit times and they are sold on a non-refundable basis.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the box at email@example.com to alert us of the damage.
Once your refund is agreed, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Box from UK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Box from UK will confirm delivery address to the address provider, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information to the customer to investigate.
